• Restrictions: You may not re-sell, redistribute, or sublease the Nudgdapp generator tool itself, or build a competing boilerplate generator service using our output logic or templates as the primary value proposition.

The Services and Generated Code are provided "AS IS" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the generated code will be error-free or suitable for any specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all code before deployment.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nudgdapp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Services or the Generated Code.
